This page explains how Truepoint Technologies, Inc. handles personal information: on this website, and through our products Dispatch and Hivework. We try to keep it plain. If something is unclear, write to us.

Who we are

Truepoint Technologies, Inc. is a Filipino software company based in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines. In this page, “Truepoint”, “we” and “us” mean Truepoint Technologies, Inc.

Our products

We make two products. Each has its own privacy policy, which is the one that applies when you use it:

Our role depends on the data:

  • Account, billing and usage data. For the people who sign up for our products, we decide what is collected and why. We are the personal information controller.
  • Customer content. For content our customers’ own users and teams put into a product, such as end-user conversations or workspace content, we act as a personal information processor on the customer’s instructions, as each product’s terms describe. The customer is the controller of that data.

This website

This website, truepoint.ph, does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not ask you to create an account or fill in a form here.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, and they are kept only as long as needed for that.

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal information is processed;
  • access it, and ask for a copy;
  • correct it if it is wrong or out of date;
  • object to processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it;
  • ask us to erase or block it in the cases the law allows;
  • be indemnified for damages from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false or unlawfully obtained data;
  • complain to the National Privacy Commission.

To use any of these rights, email our Data Protection Officer. If your data sits in a product, say which one, so we can route your request to the right place.
